Kristy Lee, Julia Bristow Necklace

Last month we went to Las Vegas! I brought many different pieces from my own K.L. jewelry collection, to wear on our nights out. The first night I was trying to decide which of my pieces to wear.....What do I end up wearing?...a beautiful pendant necklace that my sister Julia had made and lent to my mom. (I really wanted to wear my own jewelry, but hers matched and looked the best).

I wore one of my bib necklaces to an Elton John concert the following night. (Very good show!)

I found the one and only, ever made "Kristy Lee for Ian St. Gielar" bib necklace, listed for sale on E-bay this morning. Check out the listing here. This necklace was one of the first 3 bib necklaces that I ever made. (This photo is from the gallery on my website Kristy Lee Jewelry.)
Ian St.Gielar died last year - Rest in Peace.

2008 A.S.A.P. Conference

July 23-26, 2008 will be the 20th year anniversary Conference for ASAP (American Syringomyelia Alliance Project Inc) in Arlington, Virginia. ASAP provides "research, education and support" for those afflicted with Chiari Malformations and Syringomyelia (painful chronic spinal cord disorder).

There will be an auction Saturday the 26th. I donated 2 necklace sets for the auction this year, as well as 200 pairs of earrings, charms, key chains, etc... These will be added to the ASAP goody bags.

I am exhausted now, but it was well worth it.
