This is Rosie. She is a very shy and lonely dog. She has mange over most of her body. If you can get her out of her house she will let you pet her. She is so sweet and quiet and health-wise she is the most sickly of the dogs at the shelter. It will just take a nurturing soul and a little medical care to make Rosie happy again.

I am so passionate about this because there are so many strays here and this shelter is in a constant struggle to stay in operation....not enough funding, volunteers or support.
